Refund Policy

No refunds will be given. If a rider cancels at least 10 days before a scheduled event, a credit will be given for a future track day. Credits must be used within 6 calendar months from the date of issue. Cancellations within the 10-day window forfeit the cost of the event. No-shows will not be given credits or refunds.

Rain/Inclement Weather

We will run, rain or shine. Riders should plan to bring wet weather gear if the local weather predicts rain.

Gate Fee

The track owner will charge a $20/day ($30/weekend) per person entry fee at the gate, so please be prepared.

Spectators

Spectators and speed enthusiasts are welcome at the track as long as they are reasonably well-behaved. Areas will be designated for spectators to observe and photograph the riders. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
